Bloomingtails Pet Boutique is located within West Hills Animal Hospital & Emergency Center, just off the north side of the waiting room. Bloomingtails offers a fine line of pet products including leashes, collars, toys, beds, clothing, food, and other accessories for your pet. Bloomingtails is owned and managed by Karen Coren. Bloomingtails is currently open 7 days a week from 6am-10pm. It has been in business since 1997.
