Kimberly Meloni

Veterinary Education: Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine; Clinical Training: University of Minnesota

Dr. Meloni has known she wanted to be a veterinarian since childhood. A Long Island native, she earned her B.S. in Animal Science from Pennsylvania State University before pursuing her veterinary degree at Ross University, completing her clinical training at the University of Minnesota.

Since graduating, Dr. Meloni has worked in general practice and has been a valued member of the Locust Valley Veterinary Clinic team since 2012. She lives locally with her husband and daughter—just a short distance from where she grew up.

Throughout her career, Dr. Meloni has shared her home with many beloved pets, including a rescue dog from St. Kitts, a retired racing greyhound, and several cats. Outside of veterinary medicine, she enjoys practicing her two lifelong passions of martial arts and gymnastics.
